war room
A control center facility that allows people to observe an operation in progress. It is typically filled with numerous computer screens. See network control center.
network control center
A single point of network control, which could be as small as a single software application, to a single workstation with various network monitoring tools all the way to a "war room" that controls a network in a large enterprise, ISP or communications carrier.
