A relational database that is part of Lotus SmartSuite. It provides the ability to graphically create Windows applications using industry standard database formats, such as dBASE and Paradox. Lotus SmartSuite

A suite of applications for Windows from IBM Lotus that includes the 1-2-3 spreadsheet, Word Pro word processor, Freelance Graphics, Approach database and Organizer PIM. Also included is a common toolbar for launching the applications and selecting predefined macros that provide tighter integration between the applications. Lotus Organizer and 1-2-3 are also available as stand-alone products.
