An earlier client/server application development system for Windows, Macintosh and Motif from Oracle. Formerly the Cooperative Development Environment, the core programs were Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle Graphics. Oracle Procedure Builder provided drag and drop application partitioning. Oracle Developer Suite

A Java EE-based application development suite from Oracle that is used to write Java, XML and Web services applications. It includes the JDeveloper development environment as well as Forms Developer for forms design, Designer for modeling and application generation, Discoverer for query and reporting and a variety of other tools.
