A CDE Definition
Poor posture associated with the constant use of a computer. When people are "hunched over" their computers, smartphones or tablets for hours on end, chest muscles tighten and upper back muscles lengthen, causing pain in the neck, back and limbs. Exercises that counter the position should be done from time to time. See medical conditions.
