Played on a specialized device (see video game console), mobile device or personal computer, video games have become extremely realistic, not only in their graphics and animation, but in their themes. Magnavox Odyssey - First Video Game

Sega Arcade Game
Made in the late 1980s, the joy stick simulating an F-14 Tomcat jet was used to eliminate enemy planes. In 2015, this old unit was a give-away (last line says "But, you gotta get me out").
